I got something a few weeks ago. It was another class action suit for DG managers. This was filed in Nevada? possibly. The paperwork did say that if you were already signed on to participate in the one filed in Alabama you could not participate in this one. Cause I would have signed that sucker so fast!!!LOL

I've noticed a lot of companies are having this... in this down economy many managers feel that they are being over-worked and not performing "manager" duties. Since most managers are exempt... if they are spending most of their time stocking shelves and cashiering... they feel they should be paid overtime.

Most companies will just settle the lawsuits and move on... making no changes.

The first lawsuit is still in the works. Beasley Allen is sending them to the court nearer to where you live. I know mine is in western PA. They call and make sure your address is the same as when you started the lawsuit. They have always got back to me when I e-mail them.
