$100M Lawsuit Filed Against Family Dollar

OK so the manager was a little over zealous
Quote:
"the store manager got in vehicle chased after Mr. Hussey, through neighborhood streets surrounding that area."

and maybe, just maybe saw one too many episodes of "Cops"
Quote:
According to a police and an autopsy report, the store manager, Michael Woods, said he caught up to Hussey in the backyard of a home on the 1700 block of Sutton. He told authorities he used chemical spray on Hussey, then handcuffed him, put him in the car and took him back to the store.

Will Family Dollar "stand by their man"?
Quote:
A spokesperson for Family Dollar emailed FOX13 a statement that said, in part: "Our policy is for our store managers not to engage in any actions that put themselves, their team or our customers at risk... Family Dollar contends that it is not responsible for the damages being alleged by the family."

Of course not!

Well, I guess there goes my idea of a bat or a sawed off.

Can I at least give them a wedgie ?

I mean after all, aren't you expected to keep your losses to a minimum ?

wedgie BigB

I hate to say it, but I sense FD is gonna leave this guy dangling in the wind. Whatever the guy stole is not that important.

The question does remain as to someones supposed "Justification" or a right to steal from another, does it not ?

The expections of most employer's, is that of not "guarding the weath", but more of "securing" the continued return of the investment, would it not seem ?

Think about it, for a second before you reply.
